About the Artist
Eileen Hickey Hulme’s art work has been shown in exhibitions throughout New York City and in East Hampton and Amagansett. She also has had pieces that have been prominent in written publications and feature films. Hickey-Hulme’s radiant paintings of texture and light, combine the warmth of the personal and autobiographical while maintaining a rigorous and meditative quality. Her pieces possess a potent symbolic imagery and intense intelligent radiance. They are opulent surfaces flooded with color, that shimmer between abstraction and representation. |
